LÉA NATURE Was a Finalist at the European Business Awards and Was Presented with the “Ribbon of Honor”

The Groupe LÉA NATURE was a participant in the 2015-2016 European Business Awards and was presented with the Ribbon of Honor by a panel of judges composed of European political and business leaders, entrepreneurs, and academics.

The Ribbon of Honor is awarded to companies that successfully innovate, prosper and grow regardless of the difficult economic context.  It is presented to a maximum of 10 candidates per category.  All in all, 110 businesses were awarded a Ribbon of Honor across all categories, from a pool of 678 applicants from 30 different European nations.  This is a welcomed recognition of LÉA NATURE at the European level, which has made it as a finalist in the “Environmental & Corporate Sustainability” category.

The panel of judges will meet with each of the finalists to determine who is the winner in each of the eleven categories, and these will be receiving their awards during a ceremony to be held next June.

At the same time, a public vote will be held to designate the national champions for each nation.  The winners were announced on March 7.
